PART 1: Ingredients
- 500 gms chicken with or without skin
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Fresh Cream
- 2 teaspoon Curd
- 4 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 4 pieces Green Chili
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaf
- 2 tablespoon Chat Masala
- 1 tablespoon Meat Masala
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 piece Onion
PART 2: The Recipe
- Take the chicken in a bowl & wash it properly
- Pour 2 tablespoon lime juice & salt to taste in the washed chicken & mix it well. Leave it alone for 5 minutes
- Mix Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste in a Mixer Grinder to a smooth paste
- Marinate the chicken with the paste you made. Add Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Jeera Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Meat Masla & Curd to the marination. Keep it for 30 more minutes
- Take 1 tablespoon olive oil & brush it across the frying pan. Slowly pour the marinated chicken into the frying pan & fry it on high flame for 3 minutes
- After 3 minutes, pour the fried chicken into a separate bowl & pour the rest of the marinate paste that we created earlier in the Mixer Grinder into the same oil
- Once the paste starts to bubble, add water to it & then cover the mixture. Leave it for 5 minutes at a low flame
- After 5 minutes, add the frying chicken to the mixture
- Add salt to taste. Cover it & let it cook for some more time on low flame for another 10 minutes
- Add 2 tablespoons to the Fresh Cream after 10 minutes & let it sit for 2 more minutes. Switch off the flame at this time
- Enjoy!
